Shipping Policy:  

We use Courier Services for standard shipments within the Pakistan. The shipping time is between 1-2 days. Every effort is made to ship your gifts within 1-2 business days after receiving the order (if a specific date is not mentioned). You will be notified when your gift is shipped. 

There is no shipping or handling cost on 786gifts.com.  All items are shipped free of cost.

Privacy Policy:  

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent or trade your identifiable personal information to any third party. Any information that you provide us is kept in confidence. When you purchase products from 786gifts.com or register in any of our services, we may send you periodic emails regarding our product lines and services. You always have the option to opt-out of the email service by sending an email to help@786gifts.com by typing “remove” in the subject line.

Return/Replacement Policy:

All products are personally chosen and inspected for quality. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our items, please contact customer service with your order number within 5 days after delivery for return/replacement instructions.  The product should be in its original unused form for return. We are not responsible for any return shipping charges. 
Products listed in our 'Electronics' section are purchased directly from the authorized dealers. If there is any technical fault after use, it will be covered under the warranty provided by the manufacturers, but these products can not be replaced due to any other reason such as changing it with a different model or returning due to any other non-technical issue.

We use an order form so to request information necessary for order fulfillment. Any personal information provided by the customer is done so knowingly. The information such as name, address, email, phone number, celebration details is used to fulfill orders placed on our site and to provide special features/offers to the customers. 

Demographic and profile data gathered from the customers is used to help us determine the needs of our customers and to help us determine the popularity of the various web site features/pages. No personal data is provided to any other party.
